Complaints
Wolverton School recognises that at times things can go wrong. This guidance will help you understand how to resolve concerns you may have about your child’s education.
Complaints
Wolverton Primary School is committed to providing the very best education for our young people and we want our pupils to be healthy, happy and safe and to do well. We recognise the importance of establishing and maintaining good relationships with parents, carers and the wider community. We are aware that there may be occasions where people have concerns or complaints. Our complaints policy sets out the steps that should be followed in order to resolve these as promptly, fairly and informally as possible.
If parents, pupils or members of the public have concerns the first step should be to discuss them with the member of staff most directly involved. We expect the majority of concerns will be resolved in this way, however if not the next step would be to discuss with the Headteacher.
