Wolverton Primary School

Sports Grant

All primary schools are in receipt of additional funding from the government specifically to enhance the provision of PE for pupils by making additional and sustainable improvements to the quality of physical education and sport on offer.

The grant allows the engagement of all pupils in regular physical activity and has raised the profile of PE across the school. It has allowed the children to participate in a range of inter-school competitions including, rowing, netball, football, track and field athletics.
