Welcome to Year 2, 3 & 4!

Welcome to Owlets!

The children have settled beautifully into their new classroom and are already forming wonderful new friendships. It’s been a fantastic start to the year, filled with exciting experiences and learning opportunities!

So far, we’ve enjoyed performing in the Harvest Festival, taking part in a relaxing yoga session, and exploring the great outdoors during our Forest School sessions. The children also loved our Halloween Movie Night and learning new dance routines in PE.

A real highlight this term was Roman Day, when everyone dressed up and took part in a range of hands-on activities to bring our learning about the Romans to life in a fun and engaging way.

We’ve also been exploring the work of author Narinder Dhami. After reading The Worst Day of Our Lives, the children were inspired to write her letters sharing what they loved most about her books. We even took a walk through the village to post them ourselves — a lovely way to end a wonderful project!
